上述操作既浪费时间和油料，又不方便。于是我们尝试用液化气管道中的截止阀（气门开关）替换堵丝，发生“死机”时，转动截止阀阀心 90°，小孔导通，用 8 号铁丝（或铜焊条）插入换向阀，使其阀心复位，拔出铁丝，关闭截止阀即可恢复工作。这样大大简化了操作，方便了具体使用。

在高压注浆施工中，注浆结束时水泥浆流动阻力很大（一般为 5MPa），液压系统工作压力很高，大量液压油经旁路流回油箱，换向阀处于 0 位。这时，重新启动，便会出现电机、油马达转动，而液压缸不运动，发生“死机”。这是设备安全保护装置发生作用的结果。必须卸下位于换向阀端盖中心的堵丝，用钢筋棍窜动阀心，再拧好堵丝，才能正常作业。实际施工中无沦是注浆终止还是堵管事故，都会发生“死机”。

注浆终止或堵管事故造成注浆中断时，为防止在泵内或高压胶管内产生沉积，必须将高压胶管内浆液排尽，并用清水冲洗注浆泵和高压胶管。

根据分析，我们认为排空阀能较好地解决这一问题，于是在高压注浆泵水泥浆出口处增装了一个带截止阀的三通，发生憋管需要排空时，打开三通上的截止阀（开关阀门）进行泄压，再摘卸胶管，避免了直接卸接节头的各种危险，简化了操作。

传统方法是卸开高压胶管接头直接排空。由于高压胶管中水泥浆压力高，喷射和胶管甩动很容易发生伤人事故，也造成场地污染，影响文明施工。

在沧州邮电局工地开展了上述改造，经过前后对比，工人反映良好。承接的河北省巨鹿电力局大楼桩基任务，在基坑护坡中使用了高压注浆科技，两种阀门在注浆施工中起到了应有的作用。处理事故时，操作简便，省时省力，排油泄浆位置明确，控制灵活，保证了场地卫生。这与其他施工队注浆时乱拧乱排，一流一片的情景形成鲜明对比。设备改动不大，但效果明显，得到业主及监理好评。
